GUSTO criteria for severity of bleeding complications

Global Utilization of Streptokinase and t-PA for Occluded Coronary Arteries (GUSTO) criteria [1] for classifying the severity of bleeding complications were as follows:
Severe or life-threatening bleeding:
Intracranial bleeding or bleeding that causes substantial hemodynamic compromise requiring treatment
Moderate bleeding:
Bleeding which needs blood transfusion
Minor bleeding:
Other bleeding, neither requiring transfusion nor causing hemodynamic compromise
