PRĀ interval (measured from the onset of P wave to onset of QRS, with longest measurement in limb leads taken into consideration) is two hundred and twenty milliseconds, suggesting mild prolongation of PR interval and hence first degree atrioventricular (AV) block. The QRS duration is also at the upper end of normal at around one hundred and twenty milliseconds. Average QRS axis is around ninety degrees.
