WHO/AHA criteria for diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, 1950

Two of the following three criteria should be satisfied for a diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction:
-Typical / characteristic pain lasting 30 minutes
-ECG change: ST elevation in 2 or more contiguos leads
-Rise and fall of biomarkers
