Retrograde cardioplegia and later atrial scar related re-entrant tachycardia

Coronary sinus is cannulated through a right atrial purse string suture to deliver cardioplegia in a retrograde fashion for cardiopulmonary bypass for aortic valve replacement. The site of right atrial scar can sometimes be a site for later re-entrant tachycardia.
