Mitral and aortic valve calcification and left coronary angiogram

Mitral and aortic valve calcification and left coronary angiogram in a person with calcific mitral and aortic stenosis. LAD: left anterior descending coronary artery; LCX: left circumflex coronary artery; OM: obtuse marginal artery; MV Calc: mitral valve calcification; Dense AV calc: dense aortic valve calcification.

Left coronary angiogram (video) in RAO (right anterior oblique) caudal view. The dense calcification of aortic valve is seen above and proximal to the mitral valve calcification (overlapping the LCX in AV groove). There is some dye reflux which can be seen moving separately from the aortic valve calcium and filling the aortic sinuses.
