Left ventricular aneurysm and right pleural effusion

Left ventricular aneurysm and right pleural effusion. The left ventricular aneurysm is seen as bulge on the left border above the apex. There is mild right atrial enlargement and pulmonary congestion. The right costophrenic angle is obliterated due to pleural effusion, compared to the left costophrenic anlge which is very clear.
