Total occlusion of LAD with LCX and OM lesions

Total occlusion of left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) with left circumflex coronary artery (LCX) and obtuse marginal (OM) lesions. Total occlusion of LAD can cause anterior wall myocardial infarction.
