Inferior wall myocardial infarction

Inferior wall myocardial infarction (old), with Q waves in II, III and aVF. Shallow T wave inversion is seen in leads III and aVF. A supra ventricular ectopic beat has also been captured in leads V1 to V3 and the rhythm strip at the bottom. There is a short pause following the ectopic beat. The P wave of the ectopic beat can be seen to be different from the P waves of the sinus beats.
