Inferior wall myocardial infarction with lateral ST segment depression

Acute phase of inferior wall myocardial infarction as evidenced by Q waves in II, III and aVF with ST segment elevation. ST elevation is more in lead III than in lead II suggesting the possibility of right coronary artery occlusion as the cause. ST segment depression in lateral leads I, aVL, V5 and V6 can be either a reciprocal change or ischemia at a distance.
