Anterior wall myocardial infarction with QS complexes and ST segment elevation in V1 to V6. T wave inversions are seen in inferior leads. 50 Hz line interference is seen in standard leads, maximum in lead II.

    What causes 50 cycle interference (and how can we avoid it) ?

    50 cycle interference is from the AC line. Good earthing could do away with it. Easier way would be to run the ECG machine on battery pack.
