How will you identify sinus rhythm?

P waves should have a normal axis and there should be AV association to call it as sinus rhythm. Sinus P waves are upright in inferior leads, while inverted P waves in inferior leads suggest a low atrial rhythm.

LDL reduction in chronic stable angina

Class I recommendation is to reduce LDL cholesterol below 100 mg / dl.
Classs IIa recommendation is to reduce LDL cholesterol below 70 mg / dl.
If LDL is above 100 mg / dl, statins should be started. If the LDL levels are between 70 and 100 mg /dl, still it is reasonable to reduce it to below 70 mg / dl with statins.

Influenza vaccination in chronic stable angina

Annual influenza vaccination has been included as a Class I recommendation (level of evidence B) in chronic stable angina.
