Appropriate sites for ablation of accessory pathways

Appropriate sites for ablation in case of manifest accessory pathway can be guided by the early ventricular activation during sinus rhythm or the presence of an accessory pathway potential with a stable local electrogram.
Concealed pathways can be mapped during ventricular pacing or orthodromic AVRT (atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia). The site of ablation is characterised by earliest atrial activation during right ventricular pacing / AVRT or the presence of an accessory pathway potential with a stable local electrogram.
